The food lacked flavor, no dipping sauce was provided and the chicken was extremely greasy. The flyer we got in the door said free delivery over orders £13 with £2 delivery for our area but on checkout online the minimum was £35!

Dry chicken, overcooked chips and a pizza that just tasted of tomato puree. Overall very poor and clearly gone down hill since I used it last. Won’t be using again.

Absolutely awful food, cold stale chips, tough chewy chicken and awful in every way chicken wrap. I haven't used USA Chicken for a while after some iffy meals previously and it looks like nothing has changed... I won't be back
